What the work is really like

- Install and service landscape and architectural lighting systems
- Use hand tools, ladders, lifts, and jobsite equipment safely
- Keep the van, tools, materials, and work areas organized
- Work respectfully around customers’ homes and property
- Document work and communicate clearly with the team
This is physical outdoor work in Florida conditions. Some days are hot, dirty, or demanding. The finished result is worth it.

- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company vehicle requirements
- Reliable transportation to the assigned start location
- Comfort working outdoors, using ladders, and performing physical tasks
- Ability to follow safety procedures and pass applicable pre-employment screening
- Dependable attendance and schedule flexibility when job conditions require it
