More than another job

Work you can point to at the end of the day.

Florida Lighting designs, installs, and maintains professional outdoor lighting for homes and properties across Central Florida. Our technicians work with their hands, solve real problems, and represent the company at every jobsite.

No lighting experience? That’s okay. Carelessness, unreliability, and a bad attitude aren’t.

What the work is really like

Outdoors. Hands-on. Detail matters.

  • Install and service landscape and architectural lighting systems
  • Use hand tools, ladders, lifts, and jobsite equipment safely
  • Keep the van, tools, materials, and work areas organized
  • Work respectfully around customers’ homes and property
  • Document work and communicate clearly with the team

This is physical outdoor work in Florida conditions. Some days are hot, dirty, or demanding. The finished result is worth it.
